During our trip, we stayed at this place and had a nice experience; its location was perfect, not far from the train station and public transport.

Neat building, fab and marvellous location right by Close to the airport, Paris city center, Disneyland, La Vallee Village and many different areas. Also, to a metro station or a train station.
Very dangerous area.

Checkout was very slow - only 1 member of staff. Breakfast was very limited.

the building and the rooms are ok, the staff is especially in the restaurant not really interested in service. for dogowners the park near by makes the stay very comfortable

The location in Aulnay-sous-Bois was exceptionally nice and perfect, just a short walk to supermarkets, a petrol station, and restaurants. the restaurants nearby offer great value, and there's a metro station within reach.

The only thing I can say about this hotel is that the front desk staff were very lovely. The rooms smelled and it was very depressing.

The hotel was short walk to Paris for 2 days during the tour of Europe, a bus to the train station and the airport thanks to its nice and absolutely perfect location.

The room I stayed in was pretty nice, but the conditions were not so great. Despite that, the bed was super comfy, which was a big plus. the location was amazing - it was really close to the airport, so that was very convenient. not too shabby! 🌟

There was a good restourant next to it.
Never ever again! The service was inferior! The room was booked for 2 adults & 2 children, but in the room there was just towels and billows for 2... Minibar was stugged, so do not wonder why sales is so bad. Cleaner didn´t clean our room for two days! Nice to be without toilet paper... When we went to say, I just got the toiletpaper roll into my hand, not even sorry! And never mentioning any compensation! And do not mention that your staff speaks english, when it is total bullshit. Horrible experience. Sad because Paris is such a wonderful city.

The staff here are always fantastic, and the location is great for strolling around O'parinor Shopping Mall, and this place is conveniently close to Parc des Expositions in Villepinte and Disneyland.

The lady in reception at the time of my arrival at 15.00 on Monday 11th June was excellent, very helpful and efficient... one of the best and a credit to your hotel. The standard of food in the restaurant is very good.
The hotel needs extensive renovation, the carpet in my room (415) was old and dirty and needs replacing. The shower was old and needs replacing. I have stayed in IBIS hotels with a much higher standard and for only €60.00 per night. This hotel too expensive ( €189.00 per night) even for its location on the far edge of Paris. The rooms are still too hot... as indicated in other reviews of your hotel.

Cozy room with modern vibes, equipped with a mini-fridge, a comfy sofa that turns into a bed, and good heating system. 🔥

Located in not good neighborhood. There's only 1 staff working at reception during busy time (checking out time), needed to wait for a long time. It wasn't so nice.
